By Stephen Dravis, iBerkshires Staff
05:06AM / Monday, January 29, 2024

By Stephen Dravis, iBerkshires Staff
07:16AM / Saturday, January 27, 2024
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — The Community Preservation Committee on Wednesday caught some breaks, cut some deals and found a way to fully or partially fund all of the applications the town received for Community Preservation Act funds for fiscal 2025.   Going into Wednesday, it looked like there was no way the committee would be able to satisfy all of its applicants. And, while one entity walked away with a little less than 60 percent of its original ask and another got 78 percent, the remaining three parties have a chance to receive exactly what they asked for when the committee forwards its funding recommendations to May's annual town meeting.   The first break the CPC
