WILLIAMSTOWN – Sweetwood of Williamstown Retirement Living Community will host a special presentation and open house for realtors throughout the region from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., Thursday, March 8th.
The event will highlight Sweetwood’s new incentive program for the reality community, a networking social, tours of Sweetwood, and complementary food and refreshments. Sweetwood is located at 1611 Cold Spring Road (Route 7).
“I truly encourage our local realtors to come see Sweetwood and all we have to offer,” said Executive Director John Krol. “It’s critical to understand the incredible array of amenities that Sweetwood provides, offering a unique opportunity in the housing market for those looking to retire in the Berkshires.”
