WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — Micah R. Couture, 26, died Saturday morning, May 20, 2017, at his home after a year of declining health.



He was born January 2, 1991, in Orlando, Fla. He lived at home with his mother, Barbara Couture, and siblings Ramon, Leah, Katrina, Noli, Chayton and Jordan Couture.



He was predeceased by his brothers, Patric, Peder, Miguel, Jody and Jaazz.



Micah also leaves his caregiver of 23 years, Karen Rondeau-Brigham, who was his eyes and ears, advocated for his every need and translated the world for him.



Micah enjoyed the simple things in life, his friends, going for walks, growing vegetables and fruit, especially strawberries, swimming, music and drumming, cooking and eating.



Micah will also be missed by his other caregivers Darlene Farmer, Alicia Sprague, Justin Quinn, Missy Grover and Maleek Thompson.



Funeral notice: A reception will be held in Micah's memory on Friday, May 26, 2017, from noon to 5 p.m. at his home, 61 Bridges Road, Williamstown. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice Care of the Berkshires.
