WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – In their first conference matchup of the spring season, the Williams College women’s tennis team defeated the Trinity College Bantams, 8-1, on Sunday. The Ephs swept doubles and picked up most of the singles, moving up to #5 in the national rankings.    Each of the three Williams duos took an early lead in doubles, with Leah Bush and Julia Pham grabbing an easy 5-2 lead. CLAREMONT, Calif – In its final road matchup of spring break, the Williams College women’s tennis team defeated the University of Chicago Maroons, 7-2, on Thursday.   The Ephs swept doubles against the fellow division III team to make for Chicago’s third straight loss.   The day got off to an exciting start as junior Chloe Henderson and Maxine Ng took a quick lead over Chicago’s Nicole Semenoc and Annika Pandey 2-0. COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Calvin Collins and Cory Lund each had a hat trick, and the 14th-ranked Williams College men's lacrosse team Wednesday earned a 16-9 win over MIT.   Lund also had three assists. SAN DIEGO, Calif.-- This weekend, the Williams College women's track and field team traveled to Point Loma Nazarene University to compete against a strong cohort of schools at the Point Loma Invitational.   The field was a mixture of competitive Division I, II, and III schools, including California State Polytechnic Institution, Middlebury, Tufts, and University of La Verne. By the end of the meet, Williams finished with the most team points at 246, with Cal Poly Pomona in second with 243 points, and Point Loma University in third with 231 points.
