WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — Washington University defeated the Williams College men’s tennis team, 6-3, on Saturday.
Williamstown’s Rohan Shastri earned a 6-7, 6-2, 6-4 win at No. 1 singles and teamed with Jose Raventos to win, 9-8, at No. 1 doubles. Sachin Raghavan and Brian Grodecki got the other Williams point at No. 3 doubles.
Williams fell to 5-5 on this season in its return to the East Coast. Third-ranked Washington University improved to 12-3.
Williams hosts Skidmore on Sunday at 1 p.m.a
