Williams Men's Hockey Sweeps Middlebury

MIDDLEBURY, Vt. -- Alex Hagerty broke a third-period tie to give the Williams College men's hockey team a 3-2 win over Middlebury on Friday night.
 
This was the fourth consecutive game the Ephs (17-4-1, 13-2-1 NESCAC) let up the first two goals, but have come from behind to claim the victory.
 
Williams has now won 12 of its last 13 games, and has swept the Panthers (6-10-6, 5-5-6) in this two game season series.
 
Michael Pinios made 21 saves to earn the win. 
 
Williams next plays Amherst at home on Feb. 20.
 
WOMEN'S HOCKEY
OSWEGO, N.Y. — The Oswego State women's hockey team scored midway through the third period to earn a 3-3 tie against Williams on Friday night.
 
The Ephs (12-8-1) and Lakers (10-8-4) will meet again on Saturday afternoon.
