WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. - Seth Alden has joined Burnham Gold Real Estate.

Alden, a native of Williamstown, grew up in the Berkshires. He brings with him significant commercial land sale experience, having worked and traveled around the country for Redstone Properties in Williamstown for six years. Many are familiar with his family as they owned Buxton Brook Bed and Breakfast on North West Hill Road in Williamstown, a favorite for many years among locals and visitors alike.

Alden attended school in the Berkshires before he headed out West to Colorado to follow his passion for snowboarding, skiing and adventure. Upon returning to the Berkshires to be close to family, he pursued a career in vacation and land sales. After working at Vacation Village, where he helped families to achieve their dreams of travelling and vacationing together, he turned his attention toward helping people achieve land and commercial property ownership.

His eye for matching people up with dream vacations and properties also applies to his company, Koi Crazy, where he sells show-level Japanese koi fish to koi lovers and hobbyists.

In his spare time Alden enjoys golf, skiing, and walks with his chocolate lab. He lives in Pownal, Vt., with his wife and young daughter, and looks forward to sharing his love of the area and his experience to help others find the perfect property or sell the one they currently own.
