LANESBOROUGH, Mass. -- Chase Doyle pitched four strong innings and homered to lead Krispy Cones to a 5-3 win over Lee Hardware in the Lanesborough Cal Ripken Baseball League this week.

 

Ozzie Webber drove in a pair of runs, and Damon Pause had an RBI in the win.

 

Lee Hardware got two hits from Michael Naventi and a six-strikeout performance on the mound from Will Thompson.

 

Doug Trombly 16, Adams Community Bank 6

 

Jeff Clifford struck out seven in four innings on the mound, and Jack Donahue had two hits for David Trombly.

 

Jackson Shelsey had two hits for Adams Community Bank.

 

Krispy Cones 8, Williamstown Police 2

 

Webber struck out five in four innings to pick up the win for Krispy Cones, which got two hits and a pair of RBIs from Doyle.

 

Shane Wade also drove in a pair of runs in the win.

 

Seamus Barnes doubled, and Hayden Singer drove in a run for WPD.

 

Adams Community Bank 12, Countryside 6

 

Anthony Welch had three hits, including a pair of doubles, and scored three runs for Adams Community Bank, which also got a three-run double from Daniel Gogan.

 

Jackson Shelsy and Luca Traversa combined to strike out eight and scatter five hits in the win.

 

Nick Sacco and Collin Booth each had two of this hits for Countryside.

Caedin Ostellino won a pitchers duel with 12 strikeouts over five innings.

 

Jenner Kittle struck out a pair in one inning of relief to pick up the save. Jackson Shelsey and Ostellino each had two hits for ACB.

 

Dillon Harrison doubled for Countryside.
