WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Kristen Fechtelkotter scored 15 points, and the Williams College women's basketball team Saturday qualified for the NESCAC tournament with a 57-50 win over Hamilton.
The Ephs (12-12, 4-6) outscored the Continentals, 20-14, in the fourth quarter to put away the win.
Amanni Fernandez and Emily Chang each scored 12 points, and Emily Peckham passed out four assists as Williams snapped a four-game losing streak.
The Ephs find out where they will start the post-season after NESCAC regular season play concludes on Sunday.
Men's Basketball
CLINTON, N.Y. -- Bobby Casey scored 31 points Saturday to lead Williams to an 81-67 win over Hamilton.
The Ephs (19-5, 7-3) were tied, 41-41, at half-time but shot 59 percent from the field in the second half.
James Heskett scored 24 points to back up Casey.
The Ephs learn Sunday where they will open their NESCAC touranment run.
