 | Williamstown Select Board Chooses Officers, Talks Priorities WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — The latest iteration of the Select Board last Wednesday reorganized for the 2025-26 session and talked about its priorities for projects it wants the town to tackle over the next 12 months.	 	Stephanie Boyd, one of three returning members of the five-person panel, was elected to serve as chair.   PLYMOUTH, Mass. — Denis Russell served his country in the Navy from 1969 to 1975 as a petty officer, third class. 	 	This proud Vietnam veteran grew up in Somerville.	 	His basic training took him to the Navy's only boot camp, Naval Station Great Lakes in Illinois. 	 	"They used to shut off the heat at night.
