Clark Art Celebrates 50th Anniversary of Manton Research Center | 11:00AM / Monday, October 30, 2023 | | WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — The Clark Art Institute is celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of its Manton Research Center building through a year-long series of exhibitions, events, and a special publication detailing the history of the building. To honor the milestone anniversary, the Clark presents two exhibitions opening later this autumn celebrating its works on paper collection. Molly Hellman and Meaghan Boehm scored for Williams, which overcame a 1-0 deficit but gave up a goal late in the fourth quarter. Williams (10-6) will play either Bates or Bowdoin on Saturday at Middlebury in the conference semi-finals. Williamstown Community Preschool Installs New Signage |
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — The Williamstown Community Preschool began sprucing up its new home by hiring local sign maker Lindsay Neathawk, owner of Neathawk Signs and Design, to create a 3D sign for the business.
Neathawk installed the sign late Monday afternoon that features multicolored hand prints from the children as the leaves of a tree poking out of the top. Underneath the name and address "a place to grow" is written. The children's hand prints were taken at the school and Neathawk then scanned them into her design programs to create the sign.
