WILLIAMSTOWN, MA – Sweetwood of Williamstown Retirement Living Community, 1611 Cold Spring Road, is hosting an Ageless Grace® free demonstration on Thursday afternoon, September 1st, 4:00 p.m., taught by Jane Rosen, Certified Ageless Grace® Educator.
 Fitness professional Denise Medved created the Ageless Grace® program—21 Simple Tools for Lifelong Comfort and Ease. Please consider donating any jacket (clean and in usable condition), as well as any nonperishable food item to our endeavor. Many times our families have to make a choice whether to buy coats for their kids or pay rent. The coats we receive will make that decision an easier one.
