Pamela Jean Brierley, 70

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — Pamela Jean Brierley, 70, of Largo, Fla., and formerly Williamstown died on Thursday, June 5, 2014, at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Fla.

Born in North Adams on Jan. 2, 1944, daughter of Dorsey Frank and Avelina Elide Comai King, she attended schools in North Adams and graduated from Drury High School in 1962.

Ms. Brierley was employed at the former First Agricultural Bank in North Adams before moving to Holliston, where she worked at the Shawmut Bank until ill health forced her retirement.

She was a communicant of the Parish of Sts. Patrick and Raphael.

Her former husband, Wayne Brierley, died in 2000.

She leaves her longtime companion, Santo F. Lampiasi, and aunts, uncles and many cousins from the Comai, Dassatti and King families.

FUNERAL NOTICE — A Liturgy of Christian Burial to celebrate the life of Ms. Brierley will be held on Wednesday, June 11, at 10 at St. Patrick's Church in Williamstown. Burial will follow in Southview Cemetery.

Calling hours will be held Tuesday, June 10, from 4 to 7 at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams.

Memorial donations may be made to the Berkshire Humane Society in care of the funeral home.
