Dr. Martin was the surgeon who operated on my eyes when I was an infant and my eye doctor for many year thereafter. May you rest in peace.

Dr. Martin was my eye doctor and surgeon. He was such a kind, compassionate man. Wish there were more like him today.

Doctor Martin was a wonderful man, a superior doctor and just a terrific, kind and genuine human being. To say less of him would be injustice.

We so enjoyed his parties and his family’s friendship. Doctor Martin will be sadly missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.

What a great loss! I remember his professionalism and kindness when working with him at the former NARH. He was always ready with a smile and a chance to chat. He was so proud of all his children and loved to share updates about each of them.

Dr. Martin was a wonderful man. He brought me into the world on December 31, 1957. He was a wonderful friend to my late mother Betty Carpenter. I always enjoyed chatting with him. He will most certainly be missed by the community.

In the 1950’s I would walk from Liberty Street school to Dr. Martin’s Center St. Office for my weekly allergy shot. This past summer he was having lunch at Taconic with his granddaughter. He reminded me of the comic books he had in his Adams office for me. A wonderful man.
