WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — David James Lamon, 51, of Williamstown, passed away July 31, 2022, at Williamstown Commons after his courageous battle with cancer.
He was born in Pittsfield on Aug. 16, 1970. He attended Pittsfield schools and was a graduate of Pittsfield High School. He also attended Berkshire Community College and North Adams State College.
David married the former Deserai M. Hartlage on Sept. 3, 2004.
He was employed by Synagex in IT for five years. Prior to that, he had been employed by Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art and Unistress.
He loved fishing with his children and woodworking.
David is survived by his wife, Deserai Lamon of Williamstown; two children, Ace (Kaylee) Lamon and Zachary Lamon, both at home; his mother, JoAnn Henault, and his father, James Henault, both of Pittsfield; his brother, Paul Lamon of Pittsfield; and nephew, Ayden Lamon of Pittsfield. He was predeceased by his biological father, Roy Lamon.
