To Jean and Joe. I was sorry to read about the loss of your mother. I remember meeting her a few times when I came over to your house to buy some old comic books from Joe and when I was on the wrestling team with Joe and graduated Mt. Greylock with Jean. My thoughts and good wishes to you both and your father.

Suki was one of the strongest people I have ever met. A pillar of graciousness. She was never without kind words, a smile, and an offer of food. Coffee, cookies, cake, and pie. There was no escape from her giving. I spent a year living with the family in their home in 1981. I was 14 years old. She was the most loving person. Full of good will. Thank you, Suki, and to Joe and the Sylvester family, for helping me out when I was young. For being my lifetime friend. Rest in peace Suki, your kindness will be with us always.
