Dear Mrs. Grady and Kate,
I was just thinking about you the other day, Kate, before your father passed away. Then my dad had told me, and I had to reach out to you both. Mr. Grady was always a nice man every time I was over playing with Kate. I even remember the tree house being built right before I had moved out of state with my mom and sister! I am pretty sure Mr. Grady also tried to prank me with the snake skin that you had found! But anyways, I am sorry to hear of his passing and hope you both are doing ok.
