Evelyn Maude Giorgianni, 88, of 66 Bachand Ave. died Tuesday at North Adams Regional Hospital.
Born in Jamaica, N.Y., on April 8, 1914, daughter of Thomas and Andrea Abrahams Thompson, she was a 1932 graduate of Jamaica High School. She moved to Williamstown in 1975.
She was employed as a secretary by the European-American Bank in New York, retiring in 1975. Previously, she had worked as a secretary at Radio City Music Hall in New York City for several years.
Mrs. Giorgianni was a member of the Spruces Club.
She leaves her husband, Anthony Salvatore Giorgianni, whom she married July 19, 1975, in Elkton, Md.; two stepdaughters, Anita O'Brien NYC and Mary Giorgianni; and a stepson, Anthony Giorgianni.
At Evelyn Maude Thompson Giorgianni's request, there will be no funeral services or calling hours. Burial will take place at a later date. FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams, is in charge of arrangements.
