Burton E. Moloff

Burton E. Moloff, 90, of 70 Harrison Ave. died yesterday morning at Southwestern Vermont Centers for Living and Rehabilitation in Bennington, Vt., where he was admitted Sept. 15.

Born in Williamstown on Sept. 20, 1911, son of Bonny and Anna Wright Moloff, he attended local schools. He was employed by the former Sprague Electric Co. in North Adams for more than 42 years and, at the same time, worked part time for Ralph Mason Fuel Co.

He was a member of the Sprague Quarter Century Club and a former member of the White Oaks Men's Club. He enjoyed traveling, music and playing the banjo. His wife, the former Marion Frances Kenyon, whom he married May 2, 1936, died Aug. 19.

He leaves two daughters, Susan Peck of Clarksburg and Veronica Utman of Bennington; a sister, Bernice Beverly of Tucson, AZ.; two granddaughters, and three great-grandchildren.

FUNERAL NOTICE -- Services to celebrate the life of Burton E. Moloff will be conducted tomorrow, Sept. 18, at 10 at Sherman Burbank Memorial Chapels in Williamstown by the Rev. Edward Miller, former pastor of Williamstown Community Bible Church.

Burial will follow in Eastlawn Cemetery, Williamstown. Calling hours at FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME FOR FUNERALS, West Chapels, will be today from 5 to 7. Memorial donations are suggested for the Williamstown Food Pantry or the charity of the donor's choice through the funeral home, 521 West Main St., North Adams, MA 01247.

Survivors include two granddaughters, Melissa Bernier and Lisa Peck, and three great-grandchildren, Bradley, Amy and Emily Bernier.
