Dorothy Elizabeth Paquin

Dorothy Elizabeth Paquin, 88, of 54 Summer St. died Sunday at North Adams Regional Hospital.

Born in Bennington, Vt., on Sept. 6, 1915, daughter of Olin G. and Grace E. Foster Stupplebeen, she attended schools there.

Primarily a homemaker, Mrs. Paquin had been employed at the former R.J. Widen Tannery in North Adams for several years.

She was a communicant of the Parish of St. Patrick and St. Raphael.

Her husband, Telesphore J. Paquin, whom she married May 29, 1946, in the former Holy Family Church in North Adams, died Sept. 19, 1991.

Her son, Adrian Joseph Paquin, died Aug. 29, 1996.

FUNERAL NOTICE -- Graveside Services for Dorothy Elizabeth Stupplebeen Paquin will be celebrated Thursday at 10 at the family plot in Eastlawn Cemetery, Williamstown, by the Rev. Mark J. Burke SJ, pastor of St. Patrick's and St. Raphael's Parish.

There will be no calling hours. Memorial donations are suggested for the charity of the donor's choice through FLYNN & DAGNOLI-MONTAGNA HOME for FUNERALS, West Chapels, 521 West Main St., North Adams, which is in charge of arrangements.

She was predeceased by a son, Adrian Joseph Paquin, on Aug. 29, 1996.
