WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — Felice A. Catotti, 83, of the Atrium in Gainesville, Fla., died Monday, July 9, 2012, at North Florida Regional Hospital in Gainesville after a brief illness.
Born in North Adams on Sept 14, 1928, daughter of Giacomo and Columbina Catotti, she attended local schools. Sh resided in Williamstown most of her life, moving to Gainesville in 1996.
Ms. Catotti was employed at the former Cornish Wire and at Mount Greylock Regional High School.
While in Williamstown, she was a communicant of St. Patrick's Church and was a member of Holy Faith Catholic Church in Florida.
She leaves a brother, Arthur Catotti of Gainesville; five nieces and two nephews; 18 grandnieces and grandnephews; four great-grandnieces and -nephews; and several cousins, including Eleanor Guidi of North Adams.
Her brother Edward Catotti and her sister, Louisa, predeceased her.
FUNERAL NOTICE — Graveside committal services for Ms. Catotti will be held Saturday, July 21, at 11 a.m., at Southview Cemetery in North Adams, officiated by the Rev. Wayne Biernat, pastor of St. Patrick's Church.
The family will receive friends at Flynn & Dagnoli-Montagna Home for Funerals, West Chapels, 521 W. Main St., North Adams, on Friday, July 20, from 5 to 6 p.m.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Haven Hospice of North Central Florida, 4200 NW 90th Blvd., Gainesville, FL 32606.
