Livia Crase, 91

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — Livia Crase, 91, of 25 Elliot Drive, died peacefully at home on Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012.
Born in Monroe on Nov. 28, 1920, a daughter of Severino and Maria Franceschetti, she graduated from Drury High School in 1939.
Mrs. Crase was a secretary at the former Sprague Electric Co. for many years and retired as secretary to the dean of admissions at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in 1982.
She and her husband, John P. Crase, were members of the Williams College Faculty Club. She will be remembered as a wonderful wife and loving and devoted mother and grandmother.
She and her husband, the former corporate manager of Sprague, were married more than 70 years.
Besides her husband, she leaves a son, James Crase of Hemet, Calif.; a daughter, Karen Fuller of Windsor; six grandchildren, Keith Fuller, Stephanie Moritz, Jennifer Lewis, Jason Crase, Allison Hardie and Vanessa Crase, and six great-grandchildren.
FUNERAL NOTICE — A private memorial service for Mrs. Crase will be held at a later date.
