 NORTH ADAMS, Mass. -- Dave Wellington scored 31 points Wednesday to lead PhoneBros to a 95-90 win over Cold Hearts in the John Giorgi Summer Basketball League A Division. Julius Woods scored 30 and grabbed 14 rebounds, and Mike Taylor had a double-double with 17 poitns and 13 boards. Sean Harrigan led Cold Hearts with 26 points and 10 rebounds.  PITTSFIELD, Mass. -- After Saturday's rain forced a postponement, the Striking Out in the Berkshires Jimmy Fund fund-raiser will try again on Saturday, July 1 at Clapp Park. Players of any ability are welcome to participate in a charity baseball and softball games. So are players with no ability at all. LENOX, Mass. -- Three Berkshire County Youth Soccer League teams have qualified for the Massachusettts Tournament of Champions this weekend in Lancaster. Two girls teams and one boys team are advancing to the state tourney based on their performance throughout the spring: the 7th- and 8th-grade Lenox Gold girls, the 5th- and 6th-grade North Adams Breakers girls and the 5th- and 6th-grade Williamstown Vipers boys. The BCYSL held its season-ending tournament on Saturday at Lenox Memorial Middle and High School, with championships decided in seven different groups.
