WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Grant Robinson scored 27 points Saturday to lead the Amherst men's basketball team to a 73-65 win over Williams.

 

Nate Karren scored 19 points to lead Williams, which shot just 38 percent while being outscore by seven points in the second half.

 

Williams (10-1, 1-1 NESCAC) goes to Bowdoin on Friday.

 

Women's Basketball

AMHERST, Mass. -- Reeya Patel scored 16 points to lead Amherst to a 72-54 win over Williams.

 

Mia Holtze scored 14 in the loss.

 

Williams (6-7, 1-1) hosts Bowdoin on Friday.

 

Men's Hockey

HARTFORD, Conn. -- Trinity's Patrick Pugliese stopped 22 shots to lead the Bantams to a 2-0 win over Williams.

 

Evan Ruschil made 30 saves for Williams (5-4, 5-2), which goes to Wesleyan on Saturday.

 

Women's Hockey

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Hannah Leclair made 39 saves to lead Trinity to a 2-0 won over Williams.

 

Chloe Heiting stopped 19 shots for Williams (7-3, 3-3),which hosts Amherst on Friday.
