WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- The Williams College men's tennis team Saturday defeated the Nichols College Bison, 5-0, to advance to Sunday's third round of the NCAA Division III championship.

 

Williams will play either Washington & Lee or Bowdoin, who met later on Saturday.

 

Williams improved to 14-3 on the year while Nichols finishes their season at 17-6. The loss by Nichols ended their win streak at nine.

 

Williams won all three doubles matches 8-2 to put the Bison in a deep hole.
