Williams Women's Golf Wins Tourney at Middlebury

MIDDLEBURY, Vt. -- Euna Lee carded an 80 on Sunday to finish tied for seventh as an individual and lead the Williams College women's golf team to a first-place finish at the George Phinney Classic.
Williams finished one stroke ahead of runner-up Hamilton in the 11-team field.
Williams is home next weekend for the two-day Williams Invitational.
Men's Golf
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Williams placed ninth in a 22-team field at the Williams Invitational.
Babson won the event by 10 strokes over runner-up Trinity. MCLA placed 22nd.
Williams was led by John Pagano, who placed 24th as an individual.
Williams goes to Maine for the Bowdoin Invitational on Saturday.
Field Hockey
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Claire Colvin scored twice, and Williams scored four straight goals in a 5-2 win ove r Bryn Mawr.
Gates Tenerowicz made three saves for Williams (3-1), which hosts Colby on Saturday.
Women's Soccer
LEWISTON, Maine -- Blakeley Buckingham scored in the first minute, and Williams went on to a 2-0 win at Bates.
Bria Abbiati scored later in the first half for Williams (4-0-1, 1-0-1 NESCAC), which hosts Colby on Saturday.
Men's Soccer
LEWISTON, Maine -- Ben Diffley made five saves to backstop Williams to a 3-0 win over Bates.
Dylan Keleman, Spencer Mix and Mohamed Keussom each scored a goal for Williams (4-0, 2-0), which hosts Union on Tuesday.
