NEW LONDON, Conn. -- Natalia Nolan scored a pair of goals Saturday to lead the Williams College field hockey team to a 4-1 win over Conn College.

 

Claire Colvin had a goal and an assist, and Gates Tenerowicz stopped three shots for Williams (6-2, 3-1 NESCAC), which goes to New Jersey to play Salisbury University on Sunday.

 

Men's Soccer

NEW LONDON, Conn. -- Andrew Coelho scored in the 62nd minute to give Williams a 1-1 tie at Conn College.

 

Ben Diffley stopped four shots for Williams (6-2-2 2-2-2), which hosts Wesleyan on Saturday.

 

Women's Soccer

NEW LONDON, Conn. -- Ella Gazo assisted on both goals as Conn College handed Williams a 2-0 setback.

 

Margaret Huelin stopped two shots for Williams (7-1-2, 4-1-1), which hosts MIT on Sunday.

 

Football

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Middlebury Saturday threw four interceptions and rushed for just 55 yards as a team but beat Williams, 12-10.

 

Williams ran for 258 yards but fumbled twice and completed just two of 11 passing attempts for 1 yard through the air.

 

Williams (1-3) goes to Hamilton on Saturday.

 

Volleyball

WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. -- Ava Boloyan recorded three blocks and two aces to lead Trinity to a three-set win over Williams.

 

Lauren Kauppila served a pair of aces and passed out 23 assists for Williams (10-5, 3-4), which goes to Tufts on Friday.
