GREENSBORO, N.C. -- The Christopher Newport men's basketball team Friday outscored Williams, 30-21, in the second half to earn a 60-49 win in the third round of the NCAA Division III tournament.

 

Dalton's Brandon Roughley led Williams with 11 points. Alex Lee scored nine, and Nate Karren had a game-high 16 rebounds.

 

Williams finishes the season with a record of 23-7.
