By Stephen Dravis, iBerkshires Staff
05:10AM / Monday, October 17, 2022

12:14PM / Friday, October 14, 2022
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — The Select Board on Wednesday decided to set a late November deadline for the non-profit seeking to be assigned the town's right of first refusal on a 10-acre parcel of farmland off Oblong Road.   A portion of the Phelps property currently used for grazing by Sweet Brook Farm is under a purchase and sales agreement for $745,000.
