And all but four people found positive at a South County facility are fully recovered, according to a spokesperson for Integritus Healthcare. Integritus, formerly known as Berkshire Healthcare, operates nursing homes in Great Barrington, Lenox, North Adams, Pittsfield and Williamstown.
