Carpenter Breaks School Assist Record at Framingham StateiBerkshires.com Sports, 06:16AM / Thursday, January 04, 2024 | |
Framingham State senior point guard Gwendolyn Carpenter last month broke the all time assist record at the school. Her 466th career assist came in a win over Curry College on Dec. 9, breaking a 5-year-old school record. Carpenter was averaging more than seven assists per game going into Wednesday's home game against Westfield State. She also led the Rams (11-1) in minutes played, averaging 36.8 minutes per contest and had scored 9.4 points per game. Carpenter is no stranger to breaking records. Williamstown Community Preschool Installs New Signage |
WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. — The Williamstown Community Preschool began sprucing up its new home by hiring local sign maker Lindsay Neathawk, owner of Neathawk Signs and Design, to create a 3D sign for the business.
Neathawk installed the sign late Monday afternoon that features multicolored hand prints from the children as the leaves of a tree poking out of the top. Underneath the name and address "a place to grow" is written. The children's hand prints were taken at the school and Neathawk then scanned them into her design programs to create the sign.
